All products are prepared by a Certified Texas Food Handler in strict accordance with the Texas Cottage Food Law.

2. Allergen Notice

Our bites contain Peanuts, Tree Nuts (cashews), Milk, and Soy. While we maintain a clean and organized kitchen, these products are made in a facility that handles various allergens. If you have a severe food allergy, we recommend consulting with a medical professional before consumption.


3. Adaptogens & Health Disclaimer

Brawley's Bites are infused with natural adaptogens, including Lion's Mane Mushroom & Ashwaganda Root.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA).

Our  products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, please contact your physician before adding adaptogens to your diet.


4. Storage & Quality

Because our bites are made with fresh, natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives, they are perishable. We recommend storing your bites in a cool, dry place or refrigerating them to maintain the "Midnight Gold" quality and chocolate temper. Brawley's Bites is not responsible for products that melt or spoil due to improper storage after delivery. 


5. Personal Delivery Requirement

In accordance with Texas Law, Brawley's Bites are available for local pickup or hand-delivery only. We do not ship products via third-party carriers (USPS/FEDEX/UPS) at this time. By placing an order, you agree to coordinate a physical hand-off within our service.
