Q. Are Brawley's Bites made in a commercial facility? A. We proudly operate under the Texas Cottage Cheese Food Law. This means Brawley's Bites are handcrafted in a private home kitchen that is clean, organized, and dedicated to small-batch production. While we aren't in a massive factory, we follow strict state guidelines to ensure every bag is safe, fresh, and high-quality.
Q. How do I know your kitchen is safe? A. Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. I am a Certified Food Handler in the state of Texas, meaning I have undergone formal training in food safety, cross-contamination prevention, and temp control. We treat our home kitchen with the same rigor as a professional bakery, so you can fuel your hustle with total peace of mind.
Q. How should I store my Brawley's Bites? A. Because we use real honey and no artificial preservatives, our bites are best kept in a cool, dry place. For the ultimate "Elite" experience, many of our customers prefer them chilled in the frigde!
Q. Which dog rescues do you support? A. We are proud to support local Texas rescues. We rotate our donations to help shelters with high needs, focusing on medical care and adoption placement for dogs that need a second chance.
Q. Are these gluten-free? A. Our ingredients are naturally gluten-free; however, we hand-craft them in a kitchen that handles various ingredients. We always recommend checking the label if you have a severe allergy.
Q. Why don't you ship your products? A. Under the Texas Cottage Cheese Law, handcrafted food must be sold directly from the producer to the consumer in person. While this means we can't mail a bag to Buffalo, New York (YET!), it ensures every bag of Brawley's Bites you receive was made locally, stored properly, and deliver fresh by someone who cares about the product.
